In her previous positions, Ms. Covell has been directly responsible for the management of corporate operations for 30 years.

SueAnn Schatz, Associate Editor for Editorial Resources, teaches undergraduate business writing, literature, and composition courses at a major Eastern university. She has published numerous nonfiction articles in journals throughout the United States and is frequently called upon to participate in professional presentations in her field. Dr. Schatz has professionally edited fiction and nonfiction manuscripts for over 15 years.
